In this case, for products from the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, which is currently promoting its chocolate and caramel squares.</p><p>The ad opens with a hero shot of swirling caramel with a chocolate square surfacing through it and resolving to a wrapped square. The narrator says, "<i>Ghirardelli caramel and chocolate: they're great on their own, but together, it's like...</i>"</p><p>Then, a magnifying glass appears over the plate and we're transported to a scene in a study, with Sherlock Holmes holding that magnifying glass, focused on the chocolate as Watson pours the tea.</p><p>A jingle kicks in:</p><p></p><blockquote>The Watson to your Sherlock<br />The Sponge Bob to your Patrick<br />The bestie to your spa day<br />The apprentice to your sensei<br />The partner to your picnic<br />The hero to your sidekick<br />The caramel to your chocolate<br />The chocolate to your caramel<br />Mm, perfect pairs<br />Share a square.</blockquote><p></p><p>The description of <a href="https://youtu.be/TMNsyPQLzhw?si=bCg-sEu1RBVd-u17" target="_blank">the YouTube video</a> informs us:</p><blockquote><p>We all have that perfect pair, the person who's the caramel to our chocolate.
