“Then indeed you would have had him at your mercy!” [HOUN]

We hope you had a chance to read our announcement yesterday about the live recording of Trifles. With any luck, you'll be able to follow along; even if you can't watch live, it will be recorded for watching on demand, and the audio will be used as the basis of our show this week.

Over the years, we've been fortunate to hear from listeners who've shared the various ways they listen to us: on roadtrips in the car, while gardening, during a commute, while walking, during work, etc.

One refrain that has always amused your editor is when listeners tell us they listen to the show while going to sleep. Now, we're not sure if that means we bore people so effectively that they nod off, or that they're lulled into slumber by our mellifluous voices.

With any luck, our conversation on Monday will be stimulating and will be peppered with your own ideas.

Meanwhile, the boys at the Baker Street Elementary exchange school are contemplating nap time...

Baker Street Elementary follows the original adventures of Sherlock Holmes and John Watson, as they and their friends work through the issues of elementary school in Victorian London. An archive of all previous episodes can be viewed at www.bakerstreetelementary.org.
