“the place to commemorate” [STUD]
It's not an overstatement to say that the Sherlock Holmes stories would not have been successful if they only featured one of the two residents at 221B Baker Street.
Sherlock Holmes himself wrote two stories (LION and BLAN) and while they were interesting tales, they didn't rise to the level of the other adventures written by Dr. Watson. And the comedy/fantasy of Watson trying his hand as "The Crime Doctor" in Without a Clue was hilariously misguided.
No, there are some things that only work together. “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” as the old proverb goes.
Such is the case with our twice-monthly podcast I Hear of Sherlock Everywhere, about to enter its 18th season, and our weekly show Trifles, entering its 8th season.
So please join us in celebrating going farther with the team at Baker Street Elementary, who themselves have marked a significant milestone in their co-creative efforts...
Baker Street Elementary follows the original adventures of Sherlock Holmes and John Watson, as they and their friends work through the issues of elementary school in Victorian London. An archive of all previous episodes can be viewed at www.bakerstreetelementary.org.
