Hey guys, another great episode! One small complaint: I wish you would have gone into ASH more, since this episode was supposed to be about how to get involved in the Sherlockian world, and ASH is one of those ways. You do have female listeners, fellas!
Lexi, thank you for your comment. We believe that ASH deserves its own episode, as they have a lively and interesting history. We're planning on interviewing some of the major movers & shakers within ASH to give it enough perspective and depth for our listeners.
We only spoke about a few scions we personally have experience with for this show. Our hope, as the program rolls on, is to be able to do a dedicated show on each one of the major societies.
Great job so far, guys. I'm looking forward to the upcoming interviews etc.
With ASH, anyone can come to a meeting, but becoming an invested member takes getting to know and be known by the group. Locals historically have had an easier time of this than anyone outside the NY metropolitan area. If Lexi isn't local, I'd suggest contributing to The Serpentine Muse, getting known by ASH through the scions, the conferences, etc.
