In this episode, we interview Steve Doyle and Mark Gagen, both members of the Baker Street Irregulars who run the very successful Wessex Press. You'll hear us speak with this very dedicated team about their publishing experience and how they go about planning and executing some very successful Sherlockian events. We also have our first audio comment from John Pforr, BSI (thanks, John!) and Burt reads a Gas Lamp from an old issue of the Baker Street Journal.

Another really enjoyable episode. The stories about getting the Granda producer to the conference were wonderful. Looking forward to episode three!

Thanks, Daryn and Mike:

I'm learning a lot myself. I ahd no idea about the scope of Steve and Mark's operations, or how much they've done over the years. Great fun. And thanks for listening!

I was pretty disappointed with some of the audio quality, it was quite hard to make out most of Steve Doyle's comments which was a shame. Apart from that, great :)

Sherlock: Thank you for letting us know. The audio quality on this episode in particular was something I struggled with, as the volume of the phone connection was very low and Skype hiccuped a few times, leaving Steve's answers garbled.

I do a fair amount of audio editing to each show, cleaning up the glitches as possible, but I'll continue to monitor this, in order to bring you the best audio possible. I appreciate the concern and thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.
