Holmes/Doyle Colloquium @ Newberry Library
Come into the world of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and his famous detective, Sherlock Holmes. The Newberry Library's annual colloquium delves into the author's collection of written works and memorabilia and showcases his contributions to Victorian literature. Lecture subjects include "Doyle's Favorite Book," "Dr. Arthur Conan Doyle: A Self Portrait" and "When Is a Book Not a Book?" Free and open to the public, 9:30am-12pm.
